In 1998, Electrum Corporation began as a payment processing company. The President of a large c-store chain recognized Electrum's innovative technology and partnered with them to create a tailor made loyalty program for his chain.

Kiosk and Mobile App
Our customer facing kiosk makes enrollment fast, and when they scan their DL, enrollment takes 30 seconds or less. You decide what customer data you want in the enrollment process. A mobile app is included at no additional cost with all the same exciting features as the kiosk. Your customers will never need to scan a barcode. Redemption of coupons and points are automatic, leaving your clerk to keep the line moving and your customer's hands free for more goodies!

Spotlight on: Automatic Texts at the Pump
In the midst of the pandemic, we launched one of our most popular loyalty offerings: automated loyalty texts at the pump. Here is how it works...
When a loyalty customer inputs their mobile number at the pump, they will automatically receive a personalized text message with either (1) a general loyalty promotion, (2) a specific discount only available to those pump text recipients to be redeemed within a specific timeframe, or (3) personalized promotions based on the customer’s purchase history.
Since our launch, this program has been very successful and an internal study showed that it not only brings more pump customers inside the store, but also increases the average ticket size of those customers by upwards of 8%.
